"Easy to navigate website, very plain to read. Have been searching for a Zero Tension Mouse for some time now, and they had the best price by far. Item arrived much quicker than anticipated, and works great!
My hands have been gradually getting worse, and after reading all the reviews of the ZTM, I finally decided to buy one, and now I'm mad I didn't get it earlier! It really helps my wrists, though as others have said, be sure to put padding under your elbow to protect it. After less than a week of use, it already feels natural, and I can feel my wrist not tensing up nearly as much.
If you have stress related issues with your hands, I highly recommend the ZTM, and ErgoExpress provided excellent service with quick shipping. Order placed on 3/20, arrived 3/25 IIRC, came much quicker than anticipated, to my delight. I did not deal with any customer service personnel, by email or phone, so I cannot comment on that aspect of the business.
Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my new mouse and with the service provided from ErgoExpress, now I am looking for an ergonomic keyboard next!"
