Waiting, Waiting and Waiting
"I placed an order and got confirmation. Was told 7-10 days before I received items. After 10 days I called to inquire about the order and was told the order was on hold because the account belonged to my husband. I explained the book was in my name but put my husband on the line to approve the order. I was given a confirmation number and was to have expedited delivery because it took so long for the order to ship and noone contacted me regarding the order. After 0 more days still no order so I called back and was told my husband didn't have a credit account and would need to pay half down. I inquired about my account and was told to call customer service and have the order transferred to "MY" account. I did this and then was told I had no credit to buy even though my book says $750 approved credit. I was told no I didn't have approved credit either and would have to pay half down. I told them to cancel the order and I would contact the corporate office. This is a bunch of run around and unnecessary hassle and they have lost a potential good customer."
