Never received my items from Yellow Mountain Imports
"I placed an order in December of 2021. I was ordering a gift for my parents.
In total the order was about $300. I ordered a mah jong table cloth and a koi fish mah jong set.
The $25 table cloth was received, but for some reason the mah jong set was shipped separately.
In the end, I never received the mah jong set. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
I sent an email to support and it took them 30 days to respond.
They don't honor their guarantees and will ignore you. I still have the table cloth in the box and I can't get a hold of the shipper or the supplier, Yellow Moutain IMports. Save your money and go buy from someone else."
