"I have used Crucial in the past, the product is great the Software vendor they use is terrible. I purchased a Crucial MX100 512 GB SSD and the included Acronis True Image HD 2014 is no longer supported. I needed to purchase an upgrade, the site listed a 40% off offer at one price and when I purchased the price I was charged was higher than the quoted price. The software also has a known issue and I was unable to use the software to clone my HDD which is why I purchased the SSD in the first place. The work around for the issue did not work and so I requested a refund for the software and I will be returning the SSD to Crucial. Buyer beware if you intend to clone your hard drive. Additional software by a different vendor will need to be purchased."

"I started to look for a computer after my ABS died. I have read great things about Digital Storm and wanted the newest components. I currently have an Alienware laptop but Alien did not have the i-7 core when I wanted to purchase a new computer. I must say I have been amazed at the customer service that I have recieved from Digital Storm. Every question I have had has been responded to extremely quickly. I have been given options for my needs that are not even available from the website. I ordered a high powered power supply that had a very loud fan (my choice over their recommendation) and Digital Storm immediately offered to exchange the power supply for the cost of shipping only. I do not believe I have ever had this kind of service in my life. I can truely say that I will not be looking anywhere else for my computing needs. My build is a i7 940 OC to 3.56,liquid cooled, EVGA X58, 6GB 1600MHz Mushkin, 300GB VelociRaptor, Nvidia GTX 295 and Vista 64 Ultimate along with other back up drives and optical drives, I planned on upgrading to a raid set up with a second 295 but this thing is already scary fast I will have to tie myself down to stay in my seat when I complete my upgrade. I spent two weeks looking at every other manufacturer and I am so glad I decided to go with Digital Storm. The inside of the case is pristine with all cables routed behind the back of the case, it is a thing of beauty. Do yourself a favor and buy from Digital Storm, you can thank me later.
