"I ordered a Umi ROME. It arrived sort of ok, packing wasn't superb, shipping time wasn't bad, considering it went from the UK to Germany to the Netherlands. For the first two days it seemed fine, after which it started to fail to reboot on occasion. Now, a week on, this has now become not booting at all.
I wrote to Efox 3 times and got no reply. I have now contacted them through Paypal and so far nothing. Next step is to dispute the transaction and get my money back.
I can understand receiving a defective item, it happens, but the wrong reponse is to play stupid. Thankfully I used PayPal and have experience with their reclaim procedure, so this is what I plan to do next.
Given that others also are not happy, I suggest you certainly use Paypal so at least you can claim your money back."
