"I ordered an item, paid $12.95 for next day delivery. The next day I received an email saying it would arrive after Christmas, not the next day. I emailed right away and told them to cancel my order. I emailed the next day to make sure they got my first email. Then the item arrived and I immediately emailed that I didn't need the item, as I had said in my original email, I had already purchased another one. Now, 8 days later, nobody has gotten back to me regarding my 4 emails. My complaint is that I paid the extra to get my item on time and now that I want to return it, I am out $22.01 and will only receive $48.47 of the purchase amount back, all due to the company's error. I will not get the next day air $ back, I have to pay $7.95 shipping to return the item. If it had just said that the item would not arrive on time I wouldn't have ordered the item and I wouldn't be out $22.01. I have owned many business' over the past 40 years and company's like this are what give retail a bad name!"
