"Entertainment Earth has an excellent customer service department. I spoke with someone who had actual knowledge of the inventory and answered my questions in a professional and personal manner. I didn't have to wait 5 minutes on hold or even be transferred around. He took the time to check directly on my order. A couple days later, I sent an e-mail to EE that was answered quickly and it gave me a very detailed update on my order; it was not a computer generated response.
