"I thought I selected next day shipping with saturday delivery (paying $15 for the option) on the site. They called me to tell me it was an additional fifty dollars. I asked for and received verbal confirmation that I would get my item the next day if I paid extra. After shipping they sent two conflicting confirmation emails, one listing UPS as the carrier, one listing FEDEX, but not obviously so. It took me a while to track the package as I didn't at first know the carrier they used was FedEx, not UPS. When I did I saw that the package would be delivered in three days, not one.
At best they over-promised and under-delivered on the shipping.
At worst they fraudulently tried to make things confusing and complex in order to pad their invoice.
Either way I am not satisfied with their performance and doubt I will purchase anything from them again."
