"My purchase experience was fine, in that the order arrived quickly, and the pen was just as described on their website. Pete, the customer service order specialist I dealt with was pleasant & helpful. Unfortunately, I had to return the order, but they were accomodating with that as well."

"Perfect in every way. Will not shop for electronics anywhere else. Customer service was ideal, product, (TV), was wonderful and encountered a glitch that was the SHIPPING COMPANY'S fault and tech for less REFUNDED the FULL price for shipping on their own. I didn't even ask them for the refunded shipping as it wasn't their fault. Also, the price can't be beat. Got an open boxed item and it looked and runs like a brand new closed box set. I couldn't be happier!"

"This company was absolutely wonderful! Customer service was excellent & shipping was faster than any other business I have ever dealt with! I got my sunglasses the NEXT day, and it was a Saturday! I decided I didn't like the ones I ordered, and asked them via a live online operator if I could exchange them and they did with no questions asked. The new glasses came fast & the entire transaction left me feeling so confident in the store that I would never buy from anywhere but again. Also, the price was outrageous. All in all, in my humble opinion, I would recommend this store with absolutely no reservation. A++"

"I placed my order for a 32 inch Sony Bravia online on 1/28. On 1/29, I get an email stating that I have to call "Brad" to "confirm" my order. He starts by telling me my order is about to be shipped, but he'd like to tell me about all these great offers first. He tries to sell me a bunch of stuff I don't need, like a $5.00 cable for $30.00, and "upgraded shipping". I refuse, at which time he tells me my order has to be "processed" and will be shipped within 24 hours. 48 hours later I call customer service, waited on hold for 10 minutes to find a person tell me that me order is STILL being processed and it is due to be shipped tomorrow. At that point, I cancelled my order. FYI - I then bought a new TV from techforless.com... They were wonderful. A head manager called me back after I cancelled my order to ask me why & to see if he could make things right. I have to say that after speaking with him, my confidence level did increase. He assured me that they are a reputable store and that any future orders would be handled directly by him. So, I would try again with this company in the future based solely on our conversation."
