Dishonest
"I was promised a refund by Salesperson Bryan Myers for a banner stand I never received in 9/2018, but then Simone from their Accounting Dept. reneged on that statement from Bryan, stating that she needed to escalate my issue to someone with authority in the company (even though he already got the clearance to offer the refund from someone with authority in the company, even by her own admission on the phone call). She/the company is dishonest, unreliable in their word and I will never recommend them or do business ever again with them. And, it is so sad, because Bryan himself was actually a pleasure to work with and the other items I did receive were actually well made, but this situation where I am still waiting to get my refund as of 11/15/18 has left a sour note with me."
