"I ordered A trench coat from SmartBargains.com on a Saturday, that following Monday I found that the price had dropped $40.00. So I emailed them asking if I could get it at the new sale price. They said, "No." Instead they could give me a store gift card of forty dollars but they could not refund my credit card. On a separate occasion, I needed to return some drapes because they sent me the wrong size. After I received the drapes in the length I wanted, I noticed that they refunded me twice, an error in my favor. I emailed them to make sure they fixed it and that I was properly charged. Really disappointing that they couldn't return a good deed."
