"Very satisfactory. This is the first purchase I have made with this company. Ordered on 8/16 (a Saturday). Received my order on 8/21 (4 business days). This is excellent as normal ground shipping takes 4 days from east coast to my location (Kansas). I will definately do business with CNETPC again and recommend others do business with them also."

"I purchased 2 wireless routers and 5 wireless PCI NICs for one of my customers. Ez2buy had the best price (found on pricewatch). I placed the orders expecting delivery in 7 to 10 business days. I was very impressed when I received both orders on July 31st, only 3 business days after I ordered! This is the 1st purchase I have made from this company but definately will not be the last. Highly recommended!"

"I ordered 2 Maxtor 40 gb hard drives from E1Micro. One on July 9 the other on July 11. I received confirmation emails on both orders. A today I receive emails stating the item is no longer available. I attempted to contact E1Micro by phone several times today with no luck. Just a machine telling me they aren't available and to leave a voice message, then another message stating the mailbox is full. I finally attempted to call them this evening at 7:45 p.m. CST and actually got through to a live person right away. He confirmed that they were out of stock and that he may be getting in a shipment of Maxtor 40 gb hard drives with a 2 year warranty tomorrow but it would cost me more and no guarantee they would be in (at least he is honest). I asked if they had any WD 40 gb hard drives in. Nope, out also. They hadn't charged my card with either purchase so I cancelled. The rep wasn't rude in any way. Actually called me sir and apologized for the trouble. I ended up having to order both drives from another company and pay for 2nd day air to keep my customers happy. I do NOT recommend E1Micro to anyone. This is my 1st and last shopping trip with them."

"**** NEW ORDER**** Well I gave them another chance. I ordered a LCD monitor on 8/16/03. The same day they sent me an email stating they were having trouble verifying my billing address and needed me to contact them with information. I replied to the email immediately with my bank's ph. # so they could call and verify. Today I still hadn't received any word on my shipment so I called them. After numerous busy signals I finally got through only to wait on hold for nearly 15 minutes. When I got ahold of an agent and explain the situation he asked for my bank's number. I gave it and he said he would call the bank and then send my order. I asked that they ship it 2nd day air or better. He said he didn't have the authority to do that and transferred me to another dept. which I was promptly cut off from. I had to call again and same as before (busy, 15 to 20 minute hold). I finally got to talk to a supervisor who said he couldn't authorize sending out anything but ground since it was a heavy item. He said he will ship it tomorrow and it will come from the TX warehouse which will take 2 to 3 days. I explained that if he shipped it 2nd day it would be guaranteed to arrive as ground would be 2 or 3 days. I don't want to have to explain to one of my biggest customers why he has to wait for his system. I will not do business with this company again nor do I recommend anyone else do business with them. The supervisor I spoke with told me himself that they are having trouble keeping caught up with all the emails and phone calls from dissatisfied customers. I have purchased several times from ETW and have always had good service. However, this time when I checked the order status on their site today (7/15/03) it still shows processing. The item I ordered was a KDS XF-7G monitor. A phone call to their 800# was answered promptly and the rep I spoke with asked if I got the backorder email that was sent to me. I told him I did not and asked when it was sent. He said it was sent the same day as the invoice email (7/9). He then doublechecked my email address. They had it wrong. Then he said that he mistakenly looked at a different person's order and that they do have my correct email address but I was NOT sent a backorder email. He put me on hold so I could be transferred to a supervisor. While on hold I did a quick check of my bank account and found that they charged my card on 7/11 even though the item was on backorder. When I got through to a supervisor (about 3 minutes on hold) I explained the situation and told her that my account had already been charged. She did say that was unusual but that the monitor I ordered was out of stock and nothing could be done about it. I asked if she could send me an XF-9E (19") at the same cost. They do not carry that model. They do have an XF-7T that they could ship. This monitor is also a 17" but of a lower quality. It has a dot pitch of .22 and the 7G has a dot pitch of .20. Strangely enough they charge the same price for both monitors. After some more time on the phone to see if they could guarantee that I would receive the monitor no later than Friday July 18th she finally said that it would be shipped out tomorrow, July 16th from their Texas warehouse via UPS or Fedex ground. This should get the monitor to me by Friday as I am in Kansas. I will post an update to let you know how things went. I will say that their customer service people are polite and do their best to help. I would have much preferred the correct monitor and a 100% guarantee that the monitor would ship tomorrow and be here Friday. I will be sending an email to them to see what type of 'compensation' they offer for this big screw up. If everything goes right I will not have a problem continuing to purchase from ETW. UPDATE: I received my monitor today July 18th as promised. I also received an email from ETW on the 17th with a tracking number and apology plus I was compensated for my trouble. I'll refrain from mentioning the details of the compensation but it was sufficient and I will continue to shop with ETW in the future and recommend them to others as well."

"I have been purchasing from DVCentury for over a year. Mostly memory. Have always had great luck with them. However, this order was for 2 512 Mb sticks of PC2100 DDR. When I received the package I contained 2 512 Mb sticks of PC133 SDRAM. The invoice enclosed stated 2 512 Mb sticks of PC1600 DDR. So, this is the first mistake out of 150+ orders I have made from them, it happens. I contact them immediately, explain the situation, get an RMA# and place a new order to the correct memory (which I had to pay for again). I finally received the credit for the original memory but it was for only $86.70 instead of the $102.00 it should have been. I call DVCentury and was told they would check the warehouse to make sure what I returned and call back. No call. I called again and the short story is they claimed I didn't know the difference between DDR and SDRAM! I explained that with over 25 years in the computer field I'm pretty sure I did know the difference. They still claimed they sent me the correct memory and refused to credit me the full amount (they only credit 85% normally). I refused to accept this as none of this was my mistake. After getting a bit demanding with the person on the phone she asked me to hold while she checked on something. After a couple minutes she came back and apologized and said they did, in fact, send me the wrong memory and said that the rest of my refund would post to my bank account within 2 days. Since they did take care of it (even after calling me a liar) I will still shop with them. I do recommend using DVCentury but if something goes wrong, stand your ground. As I said this is the 1st problem I've had with them in over 150 orders."

"I ordered a Toshiba Satellite 2410-S205 /PS241U-851437/ for one of my customers. It arrive on schedule as advertised. I liked the computer so I ordered one myself and paid the extra $50 for second day air shipping. I also ordered a Kensington carrying case. On May 1st I received a fedex delivery from Euclid computers. To my dismay it was only the carrying case. I checked with Fedex to make sure they didn't forget one. The tracking number was for only one package. I attempted to contact Euclid and could only leave a message. I finally did get to talk to someone at Euclid and he stated that the computer was shipped from a different warehouse but it was shipped the same day and 2nd day air. He assured me it would arrive on May 1st. It never showed. Today, May 2nd I again attempted to contact Euclid. Again got the answering machine. I finally did get ahold of someone and he stated that the warehouse sent them an email stating that it did ship on Wed. the 30th and that it definately would arrive today. However, he could not provide me with a tracking number. He said he had requested one but the warehouse never provided one. He assured me again that it would arrive today. He stated that if it did not arrive today they would refund my shipping. Today it still did not arrive. I am hoping that it will be here Monday (no Fedex delivery in my town on weekends). Euclid has good prices and a nice website but contacting them can be a nightmare."

"On Oct. 11th I placed an order online for a WinXP Pro license and paid for UPS 3 day shipping as my customer needed this by the 18th of Oct. I, as always, printed out the order webpage for my records. I never received an email confirmation. Today, Oct. 17th, I called Expressit to check on my order since their order status portion of the website is 'under construction'. The person I spoke with took my name and phone number to look up my order. After a couple minutes on hold she came back to see if I had used a different phone number to order. I again gave her my information. Another couple minutes on hold. She comes back and tells me that she doesn't know why, but my order never went through. They have no record of it and that they are currently out of stock for WinXP licenses. Although my credit card was never charged I still face having to order from another company and pay for overnight shipping or face loosing a customer. I wish I had checked this site before I ordered. DO NOT order from this company. All 9 reviews I see hear are negative and now there are 10."
