"I placed an order on 10/25/13 and paid extra for 2 day shipping. It should have arrived on 10/29, but it did not come. On 10/30, I logged into their website to track the order. There was no shipping information or tracking number. I sent an email to customer service, waited two hours - no response. I called customer service and reached voice mail. I left a detailed message. I waited 3 hours - no response. I called again and chose the option for tracking and refunds - voice mail picked up and I left another message. I then sent another email. No response. The product I ordered will be of no use to me if I do not receive it today. That is why I needed 2 day shipping. I called a third time and chose the option for the operator, and was immediately placed on hold. I was on hold for about 5 minutes. Someone came on the phone and told me that they held my order because I was a first time customer. I was told that they had called and left me a message asking that I confirm my address information. I did not have a message or a missed called from them. I have never had an online merchant do that to me. I entered all of my credit card and address information when I ordered the merchandise. All of the information was correct. The rep told me that the order was scheduled to ship today. I asked her to stop the shipment. She said she would try. She did not know if it had already gone out. I told her that I no longer need the merchandise. I needed it to be delivered no later than today. She said that if it has already shipped, that I can return it and receive a full refund. I asked if they could send me a return shipping label. She said they could not. She said I would have to pay for the return shipping. They could have sent me a return shipping label. They knew it was supposed to have been shipped sooner."
