"I ordered a motorola v860 and was promised delivery in 9-12 business days (by Joe). The cell phone arrived in 7 days. The box was heavily damaged in shipment so I refused to accept delivery. Problems are often provide the true test of service. I immediately called customer service (Lisa) and a new cell phone arrived within 5 business days. Oh, I forgot to mention this entire order was with free shipping"
