"Sat on hold for a 3 Hours during a 2 day period to try to talk to someone. While I was on hold I even wrote an email with my problem. After final talking to someone I final got my account fixed. 2 days later I got a response from the email I sent with a generic response. There customer service is awful. I bet if I wanted to make a order I wouldn't be waiting for a response by email"
