"Ordered on march-27-2021, it is april-2-2021 still have not received it. I have contacted support numerous times and they answer back with the same reply "we are shipping it out asap". Called customer service they said the same thing and were very rude and hung up on me. Also they say they will send a tracking number also have not even got that. I contacted BBB I suggest you do the same, also suggest don't buy from them."
