"I don't care about the product, because cancelation was requested as soon as the email confirmation was received sending the package to the wrong address. Several attempts have Bern made to cancel, reject delivery, etc but none of that is possible with whatever their delivery system is because it uses multiple couriers under an umbrella group and you need to know exactly where in the system it is. Wven then it is highly unlikely that a return will be possible. Their chat bot can handle a return, but it wants you to print a canada post label and then PAY for the return. I am not able to get to canada post and cannot understand why I should be paying for a return they should have been able to easily cancel when they were originally told to. Their products could be fantastic, but I will never shop with them or purchase their brand again after this. I still have not been able to get this return done."
