Awful Communication Non-Existent Warranty
"On August 7, 2023 I purchased 2016 Volkswagen Tiguan Disc Brake Kit -Front and Rear Transit Auto (Transit Auto part # KDF-100296) at a cost of $468.78, which failed less in than a year. AutoPartsWay advised that the parts failed in less than a year because of a “jammed caliper”, despite wear showing on all four rotors. I provided an independent service order indicating that the brakes, were in need of replacement and all calipers were moving freely. AutoPartsWay would not warranty, wouldn't even respond to this clear evidence to the contrary. Waste of money. Terrible organization."
