"I HAVE PLACE TWO DIFFERENT ORDERS WITH CSO FROM 04/07/04 TO 04/11/04 ON 04/21/04 AFTER SEVERAL EMAILS WITH NO REPLY I CALL TO FIND OUT WHATS GOING ON WITH MY ORDERS WELL COME TO FIND OUT THEY WAS NEVER SENT AND BACK ORDER THEY NEVER SENT ME EMAIL TO KEEP ME INFORM ABOUT THE ORDERS SO I CANCEL BOTH ORDERS AND NOW I'M HAVING TROUBLE WITH CSO ABOUT MY REFUND AGAIN SEVERAL EMAILS AND PHONE CALLS I BEEN TOLD SO MANY DIFFERENT STORY'S THE MANAGER WON'T EVEN GET ON THE PHONE WITH YOU. STILL TRYING TO GET MY MONEY BACK.
