Dedicated and Well-Priced
"Dale Pro Audio happened to be selling a newly-released, premium piece of audio equipment that was on my radar. The "Black Friday" sale encouraged me to take the leap, as it resulted in the most competitive price to date. The reputation I had read about Dale Pro Audio suggested they were trustworthy, high-end audio equipment merchant. I went for it.
Soon after my order was placed, I received a confirmation call from Dale Pro Audio to verify my purchase. I informed the caller of my order's authenticity, and I was thanked for choosing this seller. My product was unfortunately not in stock at the time, but this was expected based on the product. It shipped to their HQ directly from the manufacturer in the time frame I was quoted, and it was in my hands sooner than expected. No problems with packaging, nor the product inside. I will keep Dale Pro Audio in mind for future audio equipment needs."
