Buyer beware!!! New website - awful!!!
"I purchased three items early in January after receiving notice that an item I was interested in was back in stock. I immediately placed my order. Two items shipped, the one I wanted did not. I have been repeatedly lied to about this order!!! The customer service is horrendous. Do not order from the new owners if dressbarn!! They will take your money, give you a song and dance and never ship your item or respond to a request appropriately fir a refund. An item that showed in stock when I ordered, they are now claiming was a pre- order. There was NO indication anywhere that any item was a pre-order in the site at the time. The quality is not at all what the National dressbarn retailer used to have! The two items I did receive are low quality and I’ll fitting and if you return something, you DO NOT ever get a refund but instead store credit. Buyer beware and don’t fall for the lies. You would have better luck ordering from China and that’s not saying much"
