worst online shopping experience
"I purchased two items as gifts. One of the items was personalized so added time in past the projected date to allow for a delay. The product shipped 5 days prior to what was projected and thanks to this wonderful Fed Ex and postal shipping method there was 12 day shipping time. This is unacceptable."
