They Can't Ship
"I purchased a pre bundled system from them. They said it would ship faster than a custom system (3-4 weeks). I called after 4 weeks and they said it would be 6 weeks. I called at about 6 weeks and they said it would be 7 weeks. I'll update the review after I receive the system.
Update: Upgraded to 4 stars. They finally delivered at about 7 weeks. The computer came very well packed and works perfectly. The build quality is excellent and I'm very happy with it. Over the long wait, I spoke to several phone reps all of whom were understanding, very knowledgeable, and helpful. I'd definitely buy again...with the understanding that it may take longer than originally quoted."
