"Quick, clean & easy. Plenty of Gerber selections. Good prices. Lots of updates (if your order has the misfortune of being back-ordered). It shipped without error to Canada in roughly 4 days.
No complaints about the product, service or shipping. It's all good!
Just a general rant here. As a Canadian consumer, when ordering from websites, I feel more comfortable when they show prices in a currency which I don't have to bust a calculator out to figure out. I would like to see more sites adopt this practice. Website's should cater to your market (anywhere you ship) and make your clients feel at ease when ordering. Not make them jump through hoops to figure out how much it will cost to order from "YOUR" site, and who is shipping it.
