"I place an order November 30th and still nothing has shipped. I logged on to view my order history and the items are no longer listed but my total is still there. I have emailed ****@**** and still no answer. I have called the customer service number and the first time it just rang until I get a recording saying my call will not be answered and then I was disconnected. The second time I was disconnected after the fourth ring (I am using a land line). I went to complain on their facebook page as a last resort and I guess it could be worse because their page is littered with words from other unhappy customers who are being charged but arent getting anything. Or their inititial choice was sold out so they recieved something else instead. No one is being helped yet their facebook page is still hosting a lot of giveaways and a lot of emails are being sent guaranteeing delivery by Christmas day."
