They claim products are in stock; they are not
"I placed an order based on assurances from their sales department the items I needed were available for immediate shipping. Apparently, that was not the truth. It was one excuse after the next. I had placed a large order and while 8 of the 9 were supposedly in stock when I place my order, a week afterwards when they were scheduled to arrive the story suddenly changed to them not being available for at least 4 more weeks! It took me over an hour to get them to agree to cancel my order and refund my money.
With Ferguson having nearly everything in stock for delivery as early as the next day, there is definitely something which seems very suspicious going on with Decor Planet. I will never even consider buying from them again, nor would I ever recommend them to anyone."
