Poor customer handling and shipping
"I purchased a $1k bathroom vanity, after calling to make sure it was in stock. I was told it was. After 1 week of nothing, no emails or tracking, I called back and was told it will be another week or so. I received the sink first, just the undermount sink, about 2 or 3 weeks after ordering. Then I received an email and a tracking number. After checking the tracking and showing the item was delivered, which it wasn't, found out the item was delivered to the wrong state! After 6 calls over 2 weeks, finally, someone nice enough named Tatiana was able to get the order retrieved from the wrong address and shipped to me. That took another week and a half, to do, due to scheduling a pick up and delivering. Took a couple months to receive my order, which help up some contractor work, in my home. The sink looks decent but the hanging hardware is garbage. 4 small thin tabs to hold up a sink, countertop, cabinets and any additional weight placed in from being used . All in all, for the price, especially the headache from this purchase, I'd suggest buying from another company. There are way better businesses. And this wasn't or didn't have anything due to Covid or fulfilment issues. This was all due to handling and lack there of, including giving information to the shipping carriers. Which they stated that info, my address, was wrongly given to them, by DecorPlanet. Atleast, that's what they say."
