"Ikea must have the absolute worst customer service ever. after finding the chair cushions we wanted to be out of stock at the Fishers IN store and trying to order them on line only to have the online ordering system tell me that there is a problem and I can't order them on line! ( Item 403.625.13) When I tried to contact them by phone ***-***-**** to ask about the possibility of an item being out of stock their automated phone system repeatedly gave me the message that they were experiencing high contact volume and could not take my call at this time. Ikea, you could not devise a better way to **** off a new customer!!"
