The staff are prompt to respond to any inquiries or questions and seem to be very knowledgable on the guidelines and best practices for selling and buying. The interface for creating a listing is straight forward, easy to use and understand, and allows you to get your item posted quickly with no listing fees. The price to feature a listing is low at $5 where your item is featured indefinitely until it is sold. Again, unlike eBay, Swappa makes your money instantly available on PayPal. Swappa is a very safe website to buy and sell items as they take precautionary measure to verify device's using the serial number or IMEI. Listings have to have valid and verifiable images in order to be approved. Swappa has seller and buyer resources so that anyone can easily understand what steps to take in certain situations in order to solve a problem."
