Deceptive, Shady, Ripoff
"The order process starts by selecting a sticker size, 8” wide in my case. During the ordering process, my order was confirmed at a 8.98” wide, and then at 9.72” width, either of which would have been OK. But the fine print on the final screen changed the width to over 16” because they force you to pick a letter height but don’t reveal that it will override everything else at the last second. They confirmed that my order was confirmed at 8” and 9” but refused to refund anything because of the final change, buried in small print on a mobile screen that was almost unreadable. Very deceptive. Their return process and email contact form also don’t work, making them hard to deal with. Went with another company for all my sticker business and am happy with them."

Shipping time is very deceiving
"The site tells you to order by a certain time and your order will "ship" today. This is NOT true, all they will do is generate a tracking number that time. Anyone can do this at any time...it means nothing until the item is in a box and on a truck. I waited a week and my tracking number was still "waiting to be updated". I contacted them and was told to wait another 5 days, then they would re-order the item for me and start the cycle all over again. When something is supposed to ship same-day, having to wait 12 days before starting over is completely unacceptable. They did refund my order, we shall see how long that takes."
