"I oredered a Freemotion Treadmill From Fitness Blowout on the 10th on November from my salesman Steve and I had it put on a credit card through their finance comany. I was also talked into and agreed to a $250 lifttime belt replacment plan which a few hours later I decided I did not really want and went to call back and was told to call the next day b/c steve would have to put it through and he was gone. It took a little trying but when I finally got ahold of Steve he assured me it would be no problem to remove the belt warranty and that he put it through to the finance company. It has been almost a month now and it still has not gone through the finace company I called Steve and he keeps assuring me he has done his part and it should reflect on my next bill and It should not take that long I am begining to doubt he put it through at all. Also when I brought my treadmill home and put it together one of the wheels on the bottom of the deck was broken and the plastic the you stand on the side that screws into the deck 2 screws were stripped out already which caused it to make a lot of noise while running. I dont believe that is Fitness Blowouts fault though but im not sure.I have already called freemotion and they have sent me new parts to replace the broken ones its just inconvient being it is a brand new tredmill. All that said all i want is my $250 credit for my warranty I cancled if they could get that taken care of I dont really have any other complaints and I would purchase from them again and change my rating in this review."
