Lifesaver Online!
"Today we received our Heartstart AED and it was my job to test it and install it in case of future use. The test was simple, but I decided to use the online chat feature, just to check to make sure I had done everything correctly. I had the pleasure of chatting with Shannon Engel, who was not only pleasant and professional, but extremely helpful. I ran into some trouble when I went to install the alarm on our wall box, and Shannon not only talked me through the process with thorough, easy to follow instructions, but she went the extra mile to send me an email with pictures of the step-by-step process of installation. These were invaluable. I discovered that our alarm was not in the correct place to work properly, and was able to use the pictorial instructions to move it to the proper, functioning place. Shannon was literally a Lifesaver for me today, and I appreciate her patience and expertise as she answered all of my questions. Many thanks to Heartsmart.com for employing people who are not only helpful, but are knowledgeable and take their job seriously.
