"Unbelievably dissatisfied with this company. I ordered a dress for my daughters prom and via live chat they assured me it would arrive by a specific date. Of course the date came and went. The dress arrived late and not even with a finished hem! Very poor quality. I tried to contact them to return the dress and they said they would refund my money but didn't give me an address to return the dress to. They never refunded my money and I still haven't been able to get an address. The dresses are being made in China and the people I've had to deal with can't even speak English. Do yourself a favor and DON'T buy anything from ShiningDress.com!"
