Horrible service ... they are thieves!
"I bought a costume and matching sword for my kid. They sent me a shipping confirmation for the costume and the sword but only the costume arrived. When I told them that the sword never arrived they said “sorry, it’s out of stock. We will refund you the sword”. When I told them I only bought the costume from them because they had the sword (they charged me for it and sent a shipping confirmation for a product they never had in stock), they said “too bad, the costume had nothing wrong with it so if you want t Return it you have to pay $8 for shipping. Even though I only needed to return it because they pretended they had something in stock that they didn’t."
