Book It never paid our Resort fee!
"Horrible. Book It never paid our Resort fee in Mexico. We were there for 2 days having a good time. The 3rd day we came off the beach and were locked out of our room. Went down to the reception desk to inquire. We were handed a document from Book It stating they suspended all operations due to Corona event, work through the bank to get recompensated for the monies that were paid to Book It to pay the Resort?????
So basically, they took our money Feb 3 and never paid the Resort for our March 17-20 stay. Had to repay. Unacceptable man.."
