"Very disappointed with Promise Checks customer service. I have ordered from multiple check printers over the years with no problem. Promise Check has been the worst to deal with. It has been 22 days and I still do not have my checks. When I called the company they did not help at all. All other check companies I received checks within one week of order without paying upgraded shipping. Standard shipping is not cheap - I ship a lot and know for what they charged could have sent expedited."
