Usually great but have now had a bad experience
"I have been ordering from this site for 5 years now and have now had my first bad experience.
I ordered a set of rear paddle tires for my daughters quad from the site and I was sent two left handed tires.
Contacted Rocky Mountain and they attempted to correct the issue by sending a new tire to me.
Once i received it i took it to the local tire shop to have swapped out and when they unwrapped the tire it had a damaged bead that would not seal on the wheel. Once I arrived home I contacted Rocky Mountain ATV and let them know, they directed me to the Warranty center, please take a photo and send to them and we will get back to you,
I Told Darrin at ext. 1682 that I would call him back as soon as they were sent. At no time did he tell me that they were closing in ~15 minutes. I was unable to reach them until Monday when they opened next.
He said he would talk with his supervisors to see what can be done with this issue. I have not heard back from him.
I am suppose to leave for the sand dunes on Monday and have been chasing this issue for over two weeks now.
This is probably a one time incident but please beware when ordering the wheel sets that have left and right hand tires."
