Horrible customer service
"Expect to wait over 7 days for anything you order from them, it's ridiculous. Ordered shoes last Friday 8/2 and they're not scheduled for delivery until Tuesday 8/13. Mind you I ordered these before 12pm eastern time and they are pacific time, item didn't ship until the FOLLOWING Monday. Won't ever order from them again. 11 days is ridiculous."
