"Not only customer service is bad. The employees do not know how to run a business. They have no training what so ever. Called being a new customer applying. The lady told me I’m approved. So placed an order. So checked for the status of the order. The order didn’t go through. Saying since I’m under 21. I need to right a letter to them. I said I’m older then 21 and I told them my date of birth. Long story short. Spoke to one supervisor. Said that the lady is wrong. It takes 24 hrs to be approved. I said it’s pass 24 hrs. Then then talk to another supervisor. Told me it’s 24 to 48 hrs. So this supervisor even said. My Oder was canceled. That next day I placed order in. Which I never canceled."
