"DISSAPPOINTED!
Their customer service is friendly enough, but they don’t seem to do anything but try to placate the customer with canned responses.
Ordered my daughters senior prom dress and was assured it would be delivered in time.
She loved the dress pictured and was so excited.
Repeated emails have only resulted in responses like, “we will have to check with shipping or design and will get back with you”, then silence.
So I am out the monies for the dress, no dress, and just stonewalling from shiningdress.com. Now we are scrambling to try and find her another prom dress locally with less money for it.
Thank you Fiona (“no worries”), Candy, and Sherry for bringing tears to my daughter’s eyes for what should be a happy and memorable experience for her.
