"Ordered a replacement part for my DLC 8 Cuisinart on Dec 6, 2020 and paid the expedited fee for a quick turn. 01-12-2021, no part yet. I have to call every time for an update. There is no support on the website, customer service ****. There is NO email available to as I was told that they have disabled their email due it COVID as they cannot find enough people to respond to the emails. Every time I call there is always 3000 parts to unload from 9 skids (pallets?). Total, total waste of time. This call today 01-11-2021, I was told that there are people waiting for parts from Sept for Cuisinart. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE."
