"I ordered a machete and clearly had the saw back I took a screenshot of my order number for reference reasons. When I received my machete it was without the sawback that is not what I wanted I specifically wanted to saw back. No problem I'll call customer service to let them know so I can arrange to send it back to them and get the appropriate machete and they tell me that I made a mistake and they can't fix it. I've done a lot of business with them spend hundreds of dollars and I would never spend another dime with this horrible company! Even after I showed them the screenshot of my order with the sawback machete that I ordered and them telling me that that's not what I ordered I ordered it without the sawback instead of just making it right they argue with me and won't make it right so I still have this piece of crap that I don't want! Who treats their customers like that I mean come on you're going to ruin a lifetime customer over a $40 machete I wouldn't do business with these people again ever and I'm going to keep making sure my point gets across they should have done me right!"
