"The service at Partzilla.com has been an overall delightful experience. Their commitment to quality service has shone through and is genuinely admirable. The competence and professionalism displayed by the team at every step were undeniably impressive, setting a high bar in the ecommerce sector.
However, there was a particular area where I believe an improvement could be made. This is concerning their communication procedure when an order is put on hold due to an item being out of stock. I had the perception that the available parts of my order would be shipped out immediately, while the rest would follow when back in stock. However, it appeared that Partzilla.com chose to wait until all items were available before proceeding with the dispatch.
While this might be a company policy, I would have appreciated more clarity or upfront communication about this practice. It would be beneficial for the customer to know if their order is to be shipped partially or in its entirety, helping set realistic expectations and plan accordingly.
