Will not answer emails
"I ordered a Power Supply from this company and paid. I determined that I no longer needed the item and asked for the order to be cancelled. It was not cancelled. It took two weeks to get here. I no longer needed the item and had not opened the box and wanted to return the item. I was unable to get a hold of anyone through customer service by phone (said high call volume) and noone responded to emails. I am still waiting to here what to do as it says they will not accept returns without an RNA authorization and I can't seem to get one! So frustrating!"
