"Dishonest merchant. I purchased a New and Working motherboard for a laptop and it arrived DOA. The motherboard was used judging by the packaging it came in. The merchant refused to correct the situation by sending me the item that I ordered originally. I had to pay my own return shipping. After receiving the DOA item, the merchant asked me to write this review so my pointless warranty would be extended to 90 days."
