"This company displayed good public relations in handling my order for an iPhone 6 case which was out of stock for a few weeks causing a delay in shipping. I had waited a few weeks before initially contacting them about the delay in which in a few days later they responded by saying that it was going to be a while before they could fill the order so they were going to refund my purchases price which they did. Then a week later I got a message from them saying they would be sending the order at NO CHARGE. They did and I was most impressed of their goodwill gesture. That's textbook good public relations!
