Disappointed
"So, we gave this company a lot of business and when I say a lot, I mean a lot!!! We dealt with Gary whom the company says has been with them for 30 years which is hard to believe because believe it or not, he has no problem solving skills whatsoever and wants to yell at you until he can prove himself right. So my first recommendation will be if you ever go there, don’t deal with Gary. So we had two deliveries scheduled, the first delivery, an elderly young man and Alex put piece by piece together but the second time everything was already put together and there were so many errors. One of the doors on the overhead bed cabinet was put on the wrong way so now I have four extra holes for no apparent reason which look absolutely hideous. And let me tell you, the overhead bed cabinet makes noise when you turn over at night so be aware of annoying sounds. Then the size of one of the cabinets was totally wrong. Then there had to be a third delivery scheduled because Gary made an error and was so full of himself that he got so many orders from us that he messed stuff up. But like I said he couldn’t problem solve so David the manager dealt with us and finally came to a solution. Nonetheless, the furniture is nice and overpriced for the quality. I am highly disappointed."
