Poor customer service
"I have ordered from nuts.com several time with great service and product. My last order was awful the put something in the chocolate to keep it from melting. It makes the chocolate hard and tasteless. I contacted customer service before I got a reply. They told me to throw out the cream drops and gave me a partial store credit. I’m not happy with nuts.com and will not be ordering from them again. They can have my partial store credit."

Great place to buy if you don’t have a problem.
"I have ordered several items from ShoeMall and got great service. My last experience was a different story. I ordered two pair of shoes and one pair was back ordered, naturally it was a pair of shoes I need immediately. I found another pair at their store that I liked and ordered them. I tried to call custom service and was in line for 16 minuets and got cut off the next call I was cut off at 12 minuets. I called later in the day and got through in 14 minuets and the CSR that answered was not very nice and did not know her job. She was very curt and told me the pair of shoes that already shipped were on back order. When I pointed this out she got defensive. I have spent several hundred dollars at their store, but if this is the way I’m going to be treated I’ll find some place else to buy my shoes."

"Fail. Not real happy with Figis service. I made two holiday orders. The first gift was delivered in a timely manner. It was a gift and Figis put all kind of sale papers in the gift but nothing that said who the gift was from. I just by luck asked my Sister-in-law if she liked the pecans we sent. She said there was no card that said who the gift was from. The 2nd order was placed on 12/13/ for Christmas delivery and it was not sent with enough time to get there before Christmas. Tracking shows delivery 12/26 by end of day. I was charged $12.95 shipping and the item was sent Fed-Ex Sure Post. I just wish I had read the other reviews before I ordered. Figs will never be a place I shop again."

"Wow Buds Gun Shop cares about customers. I made a mistake and let Buds know about it and they listened. I left them a less than perfect review. A supervisor called me and took the time to make me happy. Buds is a company that cares about customers. Thank you for listening to me. "I read the reviews and saw the bold red print on the order page and was a little worried about the long shipping times at Palmetto State Armory. Well it was worth the wait. I have ordered three times from PSA and have received all three orders in less time than expected. The quality and workmanship was first rate. I compared prices on the items I bought and PSA had the lowest prices for quality products that I found. PSA does take a little longer to ship, but is is worth the wait. I will definitely buy from them again."

"At Optics Planet you get what you order with no surprises or BS. I have bought from them for several years and I'm very happy with the service I get. I have had to call them and to my surprise I got a real person that could speak english that knew what to do. Optics doesn't always have the lowest price but I will order from them because I know I will get the item I ordered and not a refurbished piece of junk."
