First & Last Hautelook Experience!!!!
"I placed an order on 4/7 for an umbrella, it was a project for my daughters class. I wasn't sent a confirmation email. The amount pended in my account until 4/10. I talked to a lady & she told me that they ship it out 1-3 days AFTER the charge, so I asked her if I would get it by 4/14 because my daughter's project was due 4/15. She told me that it'll take 3-7 days after the charge goes through. I asked her if I could cancel the order & I'd go find another umbrella at a store. She told me that I couldn't cancel it until after the item was shipped, But that didn't seem right. So I waited until it shipped, which was 4/12, talked to another lady & she told me that I'd have to return the product when I received it & couldn't cancel it because it was already shipped. I received it today, 4/19, the umbrella has 2 big rips in it. Now I have to eat the shipping & send it back. I will NEVER shop here again & my friends won't either!!!"
