"Ordered football cleats for my son. Received an email telling me the order was on the way. When I clicked 'Track my Order' it said, 'We will update this information as soon as the carrier provides us with the information.' For four days I kept getting the same message.
I called customer service and was on hold for 54 minutes waiting to speak to someone. When I finally spoke to someone they were unable to provide any information. I asked to speak to a supervisor. I was put on hold for another 30 minutes.
The next person answered the phone and explained my order was picked up on Wednesday and should be to my house by Wednesday or Thursday. I asked for his supervisor number and he said he wasn't a supervisor.
I asked to speak to supervisor, and waited another 25 minutes. When the supervisor answered she gave me a different story than the other two customer service reps. When I confronted them with the fact their web sight says orders will be shipped the next business day, she hung up on me. After being on the phone for over two hours. Will NEVER order from them again."
